Texas Gold 2005 

Aged in French Oak, this sweet bottle aged wine is perfect with sticky desserts or spicy sausages and pate.  Just finished a glass wtih Macadamia Shortbread - perfect! Only 10% alcohol too so you can drink to your heart's content.The oldies in the crowd think this is a little like a sherry. Late harvest Semillon/Riesling.
