| Crust: 1 c. crushed Chocolate wafers 3 tbsp. melted Butter Frosting: 1/2 c. Whipping cream 3/4 c. Semi-sweet chocolate chips |
Filling: 1 tbsp. Flour 1 tsp. Vanilla 3 packages (250 g) Cream cheese, softened 3 tbsp. Lockup Liqueur Port 2/3 c. Sugar 2/3 c. Semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted 3 Eggs |

Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
Grease sides of 23 cm. springform pan.
For crust, combine wafer crumbs and butter; press into bottom of pan; bake for 10 min. In food processor or with mixer, blend cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing after each addition. Add vanilla; mix well. Pour 1/2 cheese mixture into another bowl; add liqueur. Add melted chocolate to remaining cheese mixture. Process briefly. Pour chocolate cheese over crust. Spoon liqueur cheese carefully over chocolate cheese layer. Bake for 40 min. Turn oven off and Do Not Open Over Door for 1 1/2 hours. Cake will shrink from sides of pan and will not crack. Let cool completely before frosting. To make frosting, heat cream in top of double boiler; add chocolate stirring until melted and smooth. Let cool before spreading on cheesecake |
