Ingredients: (Serves 4 as light lunch)
| 1/2 c. Plain Yogurt (Regular, Low fat, or Non fat) 1/2 c Orange Juice 1 pint Strawberries 1 ripe Banana 2 ripe Melons (Rockmelon, Honeydew) |
Directions:

In a blender or food processor,
puree yogurt, banana and orange juice. Reserve chilled.
Peel and cube melons. Reserve. Rinse strawberries, then remove stems. Quarter lengthwise. Mix melon with dressing. Place in serving bowl and garnish with strawberries and serve at once. |
