Peaty, dense prune fruit aromas with an aldehyde note. Lovely flavour weight in the mouth with soft, sweet fruits and balanced oak.

Supple, rich plum and black cherry fruit, ripe tannins plus integrated oak; a generous wine with a hint of sweetness.  Rating 90/100
Fiona's Folly 2006
Very early-picked; an interesting style fermented near to dryness; the tangy, citrusfruit offset by a touch of residual sugar making it impossible to dislike.  Extremely clever winemaking.  Chardonnay.  Rating 88/100

Strong colour; considerable depth to the cherry fruit on bouquet and palate; in a crossover to light dry red style. Rating 87/100

Plenty of bright flavour, but early picking and/or excess addition of tartaric acid leaves the wine anything but opulent.  Rating 87/100

Clean, light- to medium-bodied blackberry and plum fruit; milky tannins distract somewhat, but the wine does have a pleasant overall falvour.  Rating 87/100
